Postage and Payment

If paying with PayPal we can ship your item the same day, if paid before 12 noon. Any other methods will delay your shipping until we have received your payment.

Your item will be dispatched the same day if payment is received before 12 noon; it will always be dispatched the next working day if not. Items purchased after 12 noon Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of sale date - Items MUST be returned in original packaging with anti-static bag, bubble wrap and box where applicable.

Warranty 

All of our computers are fully refurbished by experienced technicians and are sold with warranty, which covers all mechanical faults.

The warranty does NOT cover:
– Software issues
– Damage due to wear and tear
– Damage from poor maintenance, eg failing to keep equipment clean, etc
– Accidents or tampering
– Battery issues
