the upper half is a classic looking victorian/edwardian style sheer mesh and lace blouse, with a jersey knit cami attached underneath. 

it has very cute, flaring angel sleeves with ruffles. 

the bottom half is pretty ingenious. 

instead of the standard and uncomfortable leotard-crotch-strap-thing that's been so popular lately, this has a simple taffeta shorts bottom.

so, you can wear it under a skirt, including under a short skirt or petticoat, for a little more modesty and piece of mind, and it will of course keep the blouse half tucked in and looking prim and proper. 

or, if you don't want to bother with another layer, you can just wear it as is, as a one-piece. 

it even as pockets!

excellent condition, about what you'd expect for something worn 2-3 times. no flaws.
