Just Add:
- 1 tbs oil
- 450g lean beef, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 100g button mushrooms
- 400ml cold water

3 Easy Steps...
1 Pre-heat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas mark 4.
2 Heat oil, brown beef, onion and carrots for 10 mins, until golden. Transfer to a casserole dish with the mushrooms.
3 Mix seasoning with water and stir in. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes, until the meat is tender.

Try Something Different: Delicious served with creamy mashed potatoes and green beans. Try frying bacon with the beef or adding sliced potatoes to the top for a delicious hotpot.
