. For International Buyers All the charges like import duties, taxes etc are paid by the buyers at the time of receiving goods

1. As we consider your Shipping address “Confirmed Address” along with contact number as valid so we will ship the goods on those particular addresses

2. In case of In-correct addresses all the additional and lost charges will be charged to the customer

3. Our valuable Customers are advised to let us know the active contact number so we will keep in touch. Customized & tailor-made products may take 15 to 20 working days

Return Policy

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 4 to 5 days of receipt and get your payment Excluding any Postage Charges If Shipping Was offered free then 15% of restocking cost will be deducted from your moneyback.

2. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

3. The cost of returning the item to us is buyer’s responsibility and arrangements of refund will be made by buyer.

4. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

5. Refund do not apply to customized/tailor made products or bulk orders
