  • We accept payments in the form of credit cards, paypal, wire transfer, checks and e-checks.

  • If the payment is made through paypal, the item will be shipped to the paypal confirmed address. No exceptions will be made.
  • Payments on all orders should be received within three business days.
  • Charges such as import duties, taxes or any other surcharges related to international shipments are not included in the price and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • We offer 30 day warranty on all our products unless otherwise specified.
  • In order for an order to be returned, buyer will have to first obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending item back. 
  • We want to ensure that our customers receive the best service, if for any reason we are unable to replace the item, we guarantee a full refund. 
  • If you have placed an order and after receiving you realize that you ordered the wrong part or you no longer want the item please ship it back to us along with a 20% restocking fee. We will not cover the shipping costs to have the item returned to us. 
  • We do not accept non-defective item returns after 14 business days from the day the item was delivered.
  • We will not accept returns if the product has been tampered with, changed, modified or altered. For factory sealed products, original packaging must be intact. For refurbished items, items must be properly packed to prevent damage to the item during shipping.
  • If item is lost in return shipment, we will not reimburse the payment.
  • Items that have been special ordered will not be returned. 
  • For international orders please contact us to ensure an acceptable method of payment.

Shipping & Packing

  • We ship via Fed-Ex (Domestic and International), USPS (Domestic 48 continental states).
  • We ship all over the U.S. excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs may vary for international orders and for territories outside the continental U.S.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO addresses.
  • Items will not be shipped unless the payment has been cleared.
  • Majority of our orders are shipped out on the same day, if you need standard overnight or next day delivery, please contact our business team.
  • We ship Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CST central standard time. We do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  • For international buyers, we will not ship items as gifts or value them at $0. All international orders have full insurance and full value is declared.
  • All items shipped are packed using ESD (Electro Static Device) protection and will be packed accordingly to prevent any damage to the product.
  • If the box is damaged or opened upon delivery, please contact our sales team before opening the box.

  • New Bulk:

    This item condition represents items which are Brand new from manufacturer mbut in bulk packing. Bulk packing means items are shipped in a set of 10-20 etc. instead of shipping separately to save on shipping charges.

  • Retail:

    This item condition represents item which are individually packed in its own box/container by the manufacturer. The items also contain the retail part numbers on them.
