Pokémon Figure Collection #040 Wigglytuff 2001 - Pokemon Tomy

The bubble is dented. It appears to have not been opened, but there is tape on the back. I've seen these come out of the vending machines / claw games with tape back in the day, but I don't know if this was original or added by a collector who opened the package then resealed it. So with all this information fully disclosed please only buy this if you understand completely.

Regardless of these flaws this is a beautiful, rare collectible. I want it to find a happy home to be cherished and displayed.
