BMW E31 Fuel Pump - E31 840i, 840Ci, and 850Ci is a complete fuel pump assembly designed for the BMW E31 models, including the V8 M60 and M62 engines (1994-1999) and the V12 M73 engines (1995-1999). Located under the passenger rear seat, this high-performance fuel pump assembly includes a top rubber seal and offers several key improvements over the original design, addressing common issues faced by the original units.One of the most notable problems with the original fuel pump assembly is fuel leakage at the mold parting line, which can cause cracks to form over time. The new design addresses this issue with a stronger and more crack-resistant top cap, ensuring long-term durability. The original plastic fuel lines, which were prone to degradation from modern fuels, have been replaced with high-pressure, fuel-resistant PTFE corrugated lines. These new lines prevent fuel leaks and ensure consistent fuel pressure, resolving common issues like rough idle and low power.The wiring has also been upgraded with 600V military-grade PTFE insulation, which resists fuel exposure and provides long-lasting protection against electrical shorts. The new carbon commutator fuel pump motors are quieter, more efficient, and offer three times the lifespan of the original copper commutator motors. Returns

Returns are accepted up to 60 days once shipped. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the product is received.
