The original Bullet Space Pen was conceived in July of 1948 by Paul Fisher, who was soon machining a new pen design shaped from solid aluminum. This became our first Fisher ballpoint pen, the #400 Bullet Pen, and arguably the most popular pen of the twentieth century. This pen is now composed of all brass with a chrome finish.
Cited as an outstanding example of industrial art, the classic design of the Fisher Bullet Pen has a place in the permanent collection in the New York Museum of Modern Art. We deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses via U.S. Postal Service.
Our packages are fully insured. We may utilize signature required. In accordance with PayPal and eBay policies, we cannot reroute your package to a different address or hold your shipment at the local hub for pick up, your order must be delivered to the confirmed PayPal address that was provided during your checkout.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS
If shipment is being rejected, then upon arrival back to our facility the full refund for the merchandise will be given back to original method of payment minus shipping charge paid during the checkout. In event that the free shipping was offered then we will deduct the actual shipping cost that was incurred by us.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number for a refund follow these steps: Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. All returns require an RMA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RMA# it will be refused.
All returns must be in brand new condition and be packed with all contents which came with the original package including all the tags (if applicable). Retail box cannot be used as a shipping box.
A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
