wrong part and wish to return it, you must have prior authorisation from the
seller. Refunds for Remorse Returns are at the sole discretion of the seller. A
request must be made within 30 days of the goods being dispatched and a Return
Authority form must be obtained from the seller and returned with a copy of the
invoice and the goods. The goods must be in their original packaging and in the
same condition as they were received. If the item is not returned in saleable
