Can I return items
Yes, please reach out to us first by using the eBay customer service returns process or email us. Unless the item is damaged/incorrect you will need to cover return postage – Our returns policy is only valid for 60 days. Keys cut to code cannot be returned.
Do you offer a product warranty
All our items are new and as such come with a 1year manufacturer warranty (product abuse/incorrect fitting aside)
Can you fit the products for me?
No, we do have a national locksmith customer base who we can recommend though – ask us if you need help.
