North Kiteboarding 18 Vegas R-16C with Back Pack For Repair. Kite is not torn. Overall looks ok. Would likely need work to get it in the air again, but for someone who knows what they are doing this could be a good purchase. Includes the back pack which is in fair condition. The bungee does close, there is a non working zipper on a small pocket and some holes in some of the netting. Again, this is being sold as is for parts or repair.  I have additional pictures and video available upon request.
