Con l'MDR-P Center Lock, MAGURA presenta un disco freno per ciclisti orientati alle prestazioni e applicazioni difficili: dalle discese, alle e-bike, alle pesanti cargo bike. Una particolarità del disco in due pezzi è la dentatura brevettata dell'anello esterno ed interno (Dovetail Interlink Technology). La dentatura consente un supporto aggiuntivo sull'anello interno in caso di dilatazione termica dell'anello esterno. A differenza dei dischi flottanti, la forza frenante viene trasmessa su tutta la superficie invece che appena sopra i rivetti. Il risultato è una maggiore rigidità del disco del freno e una dissipazione del calore particolarmente diretta sotto carico continuo. Grazie alla nuova tecnologia, l'MDR-P è il disco freno più potente della gamma Magura e offre comunque un peso ridotto e vibrazioni ridotte.

With the MDR-P Center Lock, MAGURA presents a brake disc for performance-oriented cyclists and demanding applications: from downhill, to e-bikes, to heavy cargo bikes. A special feature of the two-piece disc is the patented toothing of the outer and inner ring (Dovetail Interlink Technology). The toothing allows for additional support on the inner ring in the event of thermal expansion of the outer ring. Unlike floating discs, the braking force is transmitted over the entire surface rather than just above the rivets. The result is increased brake disc stiffness and particularly direct heat dissipation under continuous load. Thanks to the new technology, the MDR-P is the most powerful brake disc in the Magura range and still offers low weight and reduced vibrations.
