If you need help or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through our eBay messages. We will aim to answer your message within 48 hours. This eBay is manned Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4:30PM.
Our eBay shop is run by limited staff so we would appreciate your understanding if there is a delay in the dispatch of your item. We take every care to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us in the first instance to give us the opportunity to put right any given situation. Whilst we cannot be held responsible for items broken in transit due to postal services, as a gesture of goodwill, we will on receipt of photos of broken items issue a full refund as soon as possible.
