Cells used in our batteries

In our battery packs, we use original lithium-ion cells produced by Molicel with the marking INR18650-P26A. These cells have a capacity of 2600mAh and a current efficiency of 35A, which ensures reliable battery performance even under very high loads.

Thanks to the use of high-discharge Molicel cells, we are the only manufacturer to offer a quality guarantee! We are confident in our products and not afraid of potential warranty repairs. We have the knowledge, equipment, and all the necessary components for the production and servicing of the batteries we offer.

Pre-Welded Nickel Tabs

Ready-made output tabs welded to the cell pack allow for quick and reliable connection of electronics, BMS, or external contacts. Clean, low-resistance welds ensure durability and performance. Additionally, kapton tape is used to protect the pack from overheating and short circuits.

General Battery Pack Handling Guide – Li-Ion & NiMh/NiCd

  • ✅ Before Installation
    • Inspect all cells for damage, swelling (Li-Ion), leakage (NiMH/NiCd), or corrosion.
    • Ensure correct polarity and clean terminal contacts.
    • Do not mix different battery types or new with used cells.
  • ⚙️ Cell Characteristics
    • Li-Ion: Nominal voltage ~3.7V per cell (max 4.2V / min 3.0V).
    • NiMH/NiCd: Nominal voltage ~1.2V per cell (fully charged ~1.4V / min ~1.0V).
  • ? Charging
    • Use chargers specifically designed for the chemistry type.
    • Li-Ion: Always use a BMS or protection circuit. Charge in a fireproof location.
    • NiMH/NiCd: Use a smart charger with peak detection. Avoid overcharging and trickle-charging NiCd long-term.
  • ? Storage
    • Store both types in a cool (15–25°C), dry place, away from direct sunlight.
    • Li-Ion: Store at ~3.7V per cell (40–60% capacity) for long-term storage.
    • NiMH/NiCd: Recharge every 2–3 months to prevent deep discharge.
  • ⚠️ Safety Tips
    • Never short-circuit terminals or expose batteries to flame, heat, or water.
    • Stop using if a battery shows signs of overheating, swelling, or leaking.
    • Do not puncture or open sealed cells.
  • ♻️ Disposal
    • Dispose of all battery types at designated recycling points.
    • NiCd contains hazardous cadmium – never throw in regular trash.
