2. We only send items to the registered Ebay address. Please edit your postal address before check out.

3. Package will be shipped out within the same day or 1 business day once payment cleared (except for special condition).Please allow up to 5-7 working days for items to be delivered via Australia post / Fastway / Toll. 

4. In case your package that is addresssed to a PO Box be delayed, please provide a physical address.

All our products are of high quality. If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please contact us, and send it back to us within 7 working days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund ASAP.
