A Detailed Look

How to Replace the Shade?
1. Disconnect the power cord before working on the lamp.
2. Unplug the lamp socket. Carefully unscrew the light bulb holder and unscrew the light flex and then unscrew both ends of the arms. Take care as these are often tight. Use gloves in case of danger from old shade splinters.
3. Remove all of the old shade.
4. Replace shade (do not screw arms too tight) and reconnect bulb holder. Screw bulb holder back on again but not tightly(2 or 3 turns only).
5. Reconnect lamp at last.
