All items are shipped via USPS and with recycled/reused packaging. Tracking numbers are provided. However, if you would like other additional shipping services please contact us prior to purchasing so we can give you a quote. All items are mailed within 1-2 business days of purchase.  Our promise to you is that we will package these items with care so they arrive to you safely. We would be happy to combine shipping if you find more than one item in our store that you would like to purchase. Check out our store at "wowlookwhatwefound". 

You will save shipping costs most of the time when you purchase multiple items. We will combine shipping when possible. Sometimes items are too large to combine shipping. However, we will do our best to save you money on shipping. If you purchase multiple items, wait to pay until we send you a combined invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because most of our items are vintage, they are sold "AS-IS" with no returns. Although not  experts, we do our best to describe all notable flaws and imperfections. If unclear, please be sure to ask any questions prior to purchase. Occasionally, mistakes or oversights may be made. Because your satisfaction is very important to us, if after you receive the item you feel the item was misrepresented, please contact us and explain the problems along with photos of damage/misrepresentation within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. If an item is returned for some reason, it must be returned in original condition. In cases of returns, refunds will be for the purchase price only (shipping not included).
