We are committed to shipping your order(s) promptly and securely. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on the order value and applicable taxes. These fees cover necessary logistics including labor, packing materials, inventory storage, transportation, and delivery services.
🔁 Domestic Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a full refund:
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition and properly packaged for return shipping.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
• Once the item is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect.

• Opened or defective items
• Tampered/unsealed health & beauty products
• Items damaged during return shipping
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following categories:
• Trading cards (e.g. Sports, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh), collectibles, and memorabilia
• Electronics and entertainment media (including music, movies, video games, and software)
📦 Damaged Items During Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please message us as soon as possible. Your order may qualify for a partial or full refund without the need to return the item.
To evaluate your claim, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the following:
• The damaged item
• The original packaging
• The shipping label (with tracking number visible)
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of the damage and supporting evidence. Our goal is to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
