Vintage Zuni Sterling Inlay Coral Turquoise Baby Child's Bracelet Multi Stone
Here's a marvelous little child's or baby cuff bracelet with some amazing craftsmanship. Two conjoined sterling silver rails split to accommodate the inlay section, which consists of angular pieces of onyx, mother of pearl, turquoise and coral to create a traditional design. The lapidary work on this little piece is amazing.
The band widens from 1/8" to 1/4".
The inlay section is about 1 1/4" long.
The inner circumference is 3 1/8" with an additional wrist gap of 3/4". It will fit up to a 3 7/8" wrist.
It weighs a petite 3.6 g.
While this piece is not signed, the lapidary work and overall design of the bracelet strongly suggests that the maker was Zuni.
NOTE! This inlay bracelet cannot be adjusted! Please measure your wrist (or your child's wrist) twice and know the size BEFORE purchasing this bracelet. Because there are stones set in this bracelet, opening it up by hand could crack the silver or loosen the stones. The same can happen if you squeeze the bracelet too hard to make it smaller.
