The exterior looks rough but the main body of the case is intact, and the red interior lining and compartments look great. The zipper around the top moves smoothly. There was once a snap attached to the zipper pull to secure the case that has come off, but is included, as pictured. 

Four metal feet on the bottom are all securely attached. 

"JAPAN" stamped into the bottom of the case. 

Adjustable shoulder strap is attached and intact, but somewhat fragile with loose threads. 

There are 2 smaller adjustable straps on the front to carry extra accessories, they feel fragile as well, but all attachments are present.
