This is a vintage wood barrel recently found in an estate... It has metal bands around the outside & a lid... It stands approximately 15" tall, is 15 3/4" in diameter at the top of the lid & 13" in diameter at the bottom of the barrel... Around the outside are children characters... The original price tag on the inside bottom is 69 cents!... If the original price was 69 cents I would think it might even be older than the 1950's...
