1999 "GOT MILK" PROMO Very RARE ! In 1999, the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board issued Marvel Promo cards through mail-in and web promotions. Several of these cards were also distributed in Marvel comics. These cards are quite scarce and rarely show up on ebay. This would be very attractive and rare promo card for the Marvel card collector. |
