We have a really simple return policy - Full refund within 30 days. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping charges in the event of a return. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we won't be able to accept returns for open/used items.
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of payment, using major carriers only. Please allow 24 hours after shipping date for the tracking info to be updated. Unfortunately, we cannot ship on weekends.
It usually takes us 2-3 business days to ship Int'l orders. We are not liable for lost/damaged/stolen items. USPS First Class Int'l Mail usually takes up to 45 business days to reach its' destination, and tracks ONLY within the USA. In most cases, there won't be any tracking updates once it leaves the USA. Buyers are responsible for customs fees/VAT.
