Terrific old humorous novelty ashtray entitled "Gutter Gus" depicting a cartoon like male bowler lining up his shot with a huge bowling ball in his hands and a big smile on his face.
This figural ashtray dates from the 1940's-50's. It's made of chalkware (plaster) and hand painted with excellent detail. The bottom is covered in grey felt.
It measures 6.5" tall by 4" wide by 5.75" deep, and weighs 1.25 lbs.
