This is a NEW WITHOUT TAGS vest by OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY, men's size MEDIUM.  It is a deep, rich brown....photos show a little washed out due to bright lighting.  It has their Berber soft lining for extra warmth.  5 exterior pockets as well as hand pockets on each side.  Zips and snaps for good wind resistance.  Zipper pocket between snap and zipper.   You can refer to Outback Trading Company website for their specs, as this is a new and active item.  Unfortunately, husband tossed tags before deciding it was too small.....  Never worn!!
