Can the drain holes be left closed or do the constantly drop on the floor?
Pls kindly note the drain holes are not a drain as in, open/close drain. They simply have a hole in the center to allow moisture to flow down, instead of "pooling" in the bottom.
Also,you can cut a sponge to the shape and place under the cup holders. It will collect the condensation and hold it until it evaporates.
