• These Circulated 100,000 Indonesian rupiah notes are part of the “National Heroes” series introduced by Bank Indonesia in 2016. They are red, pink, green, and yellow in color and measure 151 mm long and 66 mm wide. The obverse side honors the 1st president and vice-president of Indonesia, Sukarno and Mohammad Hatta. The reverse side shows the Raja Ampat Islands, a moth orchid (Phalaenopsis amabilis) flower, and a Tari Topeng Betawi (a masked dancer). Security features include a bank logo registration device, a windowed security thread with demetallized BI 100000, and a watermark of Wage Rudolf Soepratman with an electrotype logo.
