Once ordered, simply send us an eBay message or leave a 'note to seller' with the following personalisation details:
- Name
- Age
- Date
- Time
- Venue
- RSVP name
- RSVP number
- RSVP deadline date
- Any extra information
You will then receive a preview of your design to check before printing. Once approved, your order will be printed and dispatched within the timeframe stated on the listing.

By ordering, you understand that missing information, a delay in sending info or approving your design may delay the delivery date. No orders are dispatched without approval of your design. Your order will be delivered in a padded envelope or box depending on quantity. Lanyards and passes may be packaged separately to avoid damage in transit.
