loose, flowy, and billowy, you can wear it as is, or tucked into a pinch waisted skirt or slacks for a 30's style silhouette. 

very cute sleeves start fitted, the billow out starting at the bicep, then are gathered into a balloon sleeve with gathering at the wrist and cute scalloped hem ruffle cuffs.

has buttons at neck but honestly you can just pop it over your head without dealing with them. 

 like new condition. no flaws or signs of wear. 

the care tag says "dry clean only" but then gives instructions on how to machine wash it, so...i dunno.
