Lot of 4 Presto Acetate 78 RPM 10" Records Lady Speaks Poems to Piano Music, Recorded 1953

These four records contain recordings of a lady (Lissa, according to the label), speaking poems to someone playing accompaniment on the piano. They're really cool to listen to.

Each has varying sound quality. They tend to start out sounding scratchy, but the noise abates as the record plays to the end.

All four have peeling vinyl on the outer grooves, but they don't interfere with the recordings.

One record has one blank side.

Poems include:

The Day is Done / Broken Wings

The Old Chest Upstairs / Grandma, Philosophy

The Popcorn Dance (two recordings same side) / The Movies

Food For Gossip: Loyalty of Men / blank
