I'm the original owner of this unique piece, and she was released sometime in 2004. She stands about 6" tall and 5.5" wide and in perfect condition (No scratches or missing pieces). I no longer have the original box, but she will be shipped in a USPS Medium Flat Rate box to ensure it will safely arrived to you. She was displayed behind a glass case all this time.
