I buy all of my cards in bulk at local card shows.
I pulled this plate out of a box of cards.
I don't know who made it or what year it is for sure.
They did not make a mini rookie of this card that
year. But this was a TRUE RARE FIND and
will be a great item to add to someone's collection.
