Vertical fold-up outer sleeve, hinged like a classic school desk. Rear of sleeve has die-cut "legs" for the desk which fold out and secure in place.
Originally came with panties (pink, white, yellow or blue) wrapped around clear cellophane inner sleeve and the LP.
Back cover does not have song titles listed, later issues included titles on back cover.
