Closed-Loop-Extraktor ist ein Gerät zur Extraktion von Lösungsmittel aus Feststoffen. Es ist weit verbreitet in industriellen Anlagenkonzentraten. Im gesamten Prozess werden mehrere Teile zur Extraktion des Lösungsmittels verwendet. Das Lösungsmittel kann in einem geschlossenen Extraktor verwendet und recycelt werden.

    • Bidirektionaler Lösungsmittelfluss verhindert Lösungsmittelkanalisierung und bietet Ihnen die höchstmögliche Ausbeute.
    • Ausgestattet mit einem Soßenheber (10" halbkugelförmige Platte mit 1/2" Ventil, um Extrakte über Druck zu entfernen)
    • 2x Ummantelte 4 Zoll x 36 Zoll Materialsäule zur Verwendung mit Kühler zum Entwachsen/Winternisieren von Extrakt (gerinnt und fängt unerwünschte Fette/Lipide innerhalb des Materialsäulenfilters ein.) 
    • Ummantelte Basis für schnellere Rückgewinnung ermöglicht es Ihnen, Wärmeunterstützung während des Rückgewinnungsprozesses zu verwenden, ohne die Auffangbasis in ein Wärmebad zu tauchen.
    •  Strapazierfähiges geschweißtes Edelstahlgestell mit Rollen ist mit Hardware für aktive Rückgewinnung ausgestattet (Kühlschlange / Molekularsieb)
    • Hochdruckschaugläser ermöglichen die Überwachung des Extraktions- und Erholungsprozesses

Closed-loop extractor is a device used to extract solvent from solid matter. It is widely used in industrial plant concentrates. In the whole process, there are several parts used to extract the solvent. The solvent can be used and recycled in a closed-loop extractor.

    • Bi-Directional solvent flow prevents solvent channeling giving you the highest yield possible.
    • Equipped with a Sauce Server (10" hemispherical platter with 1/2" Valve to remove extracts via pressure)
    • 2x Jacketed 4"x36" material column for use with chiller to Dewax/Winterize extract (Coagulates and traps unwanted fats/lipids within the materials column filter.) 
    • Jacketed base for faster recovery allows you to use heat assistance during the recovery process without submerging the collection base in a heat bath.
    •  Heavy duty welded stainless steel rack with casters comes equipped with hardware for active recovery ( Cooling coil/ Molecular sieve)
    • High pressure sight glasses allow you to monitor the extraction and recovery process
    •  Includes all clamps, gaskets and assorted Stainless steel braided PTFE solvent hoses needed for operation
