These are NOS, received from my elderly neighbor when he moved. He was an electrical engineer and dabbled in HAM radio as well.

These are genuine, made in Canada parts, not  modern parts made in China.   

Murata-Erie (formerly known as Erie Technological Products and Erie Resistor) operated in Trenton from the 50's until it was closed in 1992. Ceramic capacitors were manufactured at the plant from the start, but it evolved into the leading manufacturer of Low-Pass EMI Filters in the world, and provided these electronic components for virtually every major space program, and for electronic devices used on most major military applications and commercial aircraft. A small group within the company also manufactured voltage multipliers used in devices such as Night Vision Scopes.

At its peak, in the early 80's the plant employed almost 1000 people.
