Shipping

Shipping is available to both Hawaii and Alaska, but you'll have to contact us for quotes on the shipping. Shipping for International purchases is managed by eBay's International Shipping programs, we have no control over those costs aside from the cost to get it to eBay's warehouses. Shipping costs are not negotiable, in most cases.

Freight Shipping
----------------------------
Large and/or heavy items (most bumper covers and engines, for example) will be shipped via Freight. Unless otherwise specified, Freight costs will depend on your location and what services will be required for delivery -- i.e. residential/commercial address, lift gate access, etc. If you have any questions or special requirements, please contact us prior to purchase.

Shipping Cutoff
----------------------------
Our normal shipping window is M-F 9am-4pm MST, not including holidays. We package orders and drop them off with the shipping company at the end of each business day. While we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, orders placed after 3pm MST may not be shipped until the following business day. Purchases with any expedited shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) must be completed prior to 2pm MST, due to cutoff times at the shipping company centers.

Expedited Shipping

If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us directly. We are happy to ship Overnight and 2nd Day upon request, so long as you are willing to pay the difference. If you'd like to inquire about these options, please include the destination zip code in your request so that we can get accurate quotes.

Handling Time
----------------------------
While we endeavor to get orders out either same day or next day, we allow 2 business days to account for the unforeseen. Whether it be that our shipper is out sick, or issues with Freight companies, etc. Handling time may be more for custom items or items that we fabricate ourselves: they're typically made to order.

Returns
----------------------------
We currently have 30 day returns for our inventory. If you feel you need to return the item, please consider contacting us first. We may be able to provide a resolution, such as replacement or refunds (case by case).

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, except when there's an issue with the item (damaged, etc). Be sure to select an accurate reason when opening a case. Keep in mind that using inaccurate return reasons is against eBay Terms of Service. For example, if you ordered the wrong part do not return it as wrong item sent.

Returns are not available for items marked as "For parts".
