WARRANTY, RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

  1. Most parts sold through eBay by Turbo.Torque.Auto's come with a 90-day warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  2. If an item arrives damaged, please take clear photos before opening the package and send them to Turbo.Torque.Auto's. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and offer a replacement or refund. If the package is opened before taking pictures, a restocking fee may apply.

  3. We strongly recommend that a certified mechanic install all parts. Turbo.Torque.Auto's will not accept returns for items damaged due to improper installation by the buyer.

  4. Labor charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the purchased part, and Turbo.Torque.Auto's will cover return shipping only if the item is faulty.

  5. If a buyer mistakenly purchases an incorrect part, it is their responsibility to return it. Free return shipping will not be provided. A full refund will be issued only if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped.

  6. To return a faulty item, contact Turbo.Torque.Auto's via eBay Messages within 30 days to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
