The cassette is in EX-/VG+ condition as it plays fine but there are a few grubby marks on the paper labels on both sides of the shell.  There is also a bit of bubbling on the right edge of the paper label on side 1.  Please see pictures.

The inlay is in VG+ condition.  On the front of the inlay, on the first panel on the left,  there is a crease up the centre of the panel and also some scuffing on the right side.  There are some indentations on the edges of the inlay.  The second, smallest panel, has a bit of scuffing on it.  The third panel has scuffing on the left and right sides and also on the fold in between the third and fourth panel.  The rest of the panels have a bit of scuffing only.
