Mrs. Cecil Morgan, 34-year-old grandmother and mother of six other children, is shown cuddling her baby girl trio born Wednesday. When told of his new daughters, the father, an unemployed laborer, asked: "What am I going to do with them?" The Morgans' eldest daughter, 16, is a mother and is expecting another baby soon.
