The ESX DBX bass reflex systems with trapezoidal cabinets are all equipped with protective grilles that optimally protect the high-quality woofers with scooped paper cones. These woofers, equipped with a resilient 38 or 50 mm voice coil, deliver powerful bass.

In addition to the conventional connection sockets, where the 2+2 Ω output can also be wired to a single 4 or even 1 Ω output, the box also features the innovative Quick Connect connector, which enables a plug-and-play connection to any amplifier via a 4-way Molex socket. This requires special Quick Connect connection cables, which are available in four different lengths.
