i'm not sure what its made of, kind of feels a bit like a Fimo-style clay or porous resin, that was pressed into a mould. 

it has little crystals for eyes, a green glass stone for a nose (not Uranium)

and a goldtone collar with a green uranium glass charm.

it needs to be cleaned, as you can see in the pics, but its in pretty good condition.

about 3" tall, 1.75" wide.
