This is a New Super Mario Bros. Super Star DS screen cleaner by Tomy for Nintendo in 2007 ("very good").

Originally sold from a Gacha machine, they are now very rare. I'm selling my collection of geeky things as I need the space and money, definitely check out my profile if you're interested in similar items.

It has never been used properly, found in a draw years after opening.
