The town of Sleepy Hallow has a little secret it wishes not to tell. The Headless Horseman costume uses an inflatable shoulder piece and "neck" cap to accomplish a headless look. Costume also comes with a vest with see through ascot chest piece and cape. Shoes and pants are not included.
Includes: Vest With Sleeves, Attached Ascot And Cape, Headpiece, Inflatable Shoulder Components (missing).
Not Included: Pants, Shoes.
Customer tried it on and returned it. It's in good condition, but the inflatable shoulder components are missing.
