• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will fully refund the purchase price of any unwanted return, however return postage cost will not be refunded.

• Any genuinely faulty items will be inspected and refunded if found faulty.

• Any returns from within the UK must be returned via the ebay managed returns process. Simply find the item you wish to return from within the 'My ebay' section of your account and follow the returns process.

• If the item is not as described in the listing then please follow the ebay managed returns process and we will refund/replace accordingly.

• If you are buying from outside the UK please contact us via the ebay messaging service to arrange the return of the item.

How to return an item

• Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay
• Select 'Return this item' from the 'More actions' dropdown menu on the right
• Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact the seller
• Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return (your choice of Collect+ or post office locations)
• Print the provided return postage label. Any postage charges are paid using PayPal
• Package the item carefully and apply the package label
• Send the item back to the seller
• Any unwanted returns must be in the complete original packaging and be in a resalable condition
