This is a Sauropod Bone fossil from Morocco. Sauropods were large, herbivorous Dinosaurs with long necks and tails, and were the largest animals to have ever lived on land. Fossils from Morocco can be quite difficult to determine, but this Bone is likely from the Middle Jurassic Period and the Atlas Mountains. Possible species include Atlasaurus imelakei, Tazoudasaurus naimi, a third species informally known as “Cetiosaurus” mogrebiensis.
