In the box, the amp looks nearly brand new, aside from the labels from the previous owner. It sounds great! The accessories are new in the package, including Phoenix connectors, rack mount hardware, and other items. The box is labeled 'BAD AMP' 'LED doesn't work but it passes audio'. We have not experienced that issue in our testing and the serials do not match from the amp and box . The picture JBL shows on the box is for another amp in this series but the box is for 1 of 6 models as shown on the back.
