Strong lesbian overtones on the cover!

There's no previous editions listed so I'm assuming this is a first edition.

The book has yellowed pages, as well as a few small spine dings and slight creases. In addition, there's a small crease at the top of the back cover. See photos. Binding is tight. Maybe unread. Still in remarkable condition, especially considering its age and subject matter.
