• If personalisation details are missing, we will attempt to contact you. If no response is received, your keyring will be made in random colours and without the missing text.
• PLA plastic is biodegradable but should be kept away from extreme heat, as it may warp.

This item is custom-made and therefore non-returnable. However, if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
