Microwave - From Ambient. Remove the outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places.
On full power: 800W (2 mins 30 sec), 900W (2 mins 10 sec) or 1000W (2 mins).
Stir halfway through heating.
Don't be too keen - let it stand for another minute or two before tucking in.
