Most of our items are stocked in the USA however when we occasionly run low on stock. we may send shipments from Canada. Since the cross border trades rules change frequently, we'll cover any tariff related costs when shipping from Canada so your orders should not be impacted!
If we ever miss one and you receive an unexpected Tariff or Duty charge please email us a copy of receipt showing our business name and proof of payment and we will reimburse you for this expense.

Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payments have cleared and we do our very best to get everything out as quickly as possible. If you need your order expedited please contact us before bidding and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
For some items we use a service that transports packages stored in our Canadian warehouse to New York, where they are given over to USPS for domestic shipping with no border hassles or expenses. This premium service sometimes causes the tracking to take a couple days to show movement, but overall it is a faster method of delivery with easy returns to New York state.
